From frozen (bags can be cut off and pulled away from ingredients):

Preheat a wide frying pan over med-high heat.

Add seasonings/bell peppers.

Saute until fragrant, about 4 minutes.

Add ½ cup water and the green beans.

Cover and bring back to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

After 8 minutes, remove cover and simmer another 6-8 minutes or until done to your liking.

Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan. Enjoy!

From thawed:
