Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely in the fridge. Heat the BBQ or oven broiler to high. Brush the steak with a bit of cooking oil. Cook 4 minutes a side, plus 1 minute each side turned again, for medium-rare. (The lemon in the marinade will cook the steak a bit more later.) Place the contents of the bag of marinade in a shallow dish. Once the steak is cooked, place it in the dish with the marinade for 4 minutes per side. Cover to keep steak warm. Remove to a cutting board and slice thinly across the grains of the meat.
