Cooking Instructions

Lemon Dill Vodka Salmon

  1. Thaw completely in refrigerator.
  2. Start large pot of water to boil, for pasta.
  3. Line a cookie sheet with foil.  Preheat oven broiler to medium high.  Set salmon on foil.  Grill/broil for 4-5 minutes, and then turn fillets and grill/broil for another 4-5
  4. While salmon is grilling, and pasta is boiling, bring cream mixture in a saucepan to a boil. Add parmesan cheese and dill.
  5. When salmon is done, flake and add to cream mixture. In a large bowl, place drain pasta and pour cream and salmon mixture over top.  Serve with crusty bread and a mescaline salad drizzled with olive oil and lemon.
